The 7th annual Duke University Energy Conference will capitalize on Duke University’s position as a prestigious  academic partner at the center of the global energy conversation. The conference will present balanced discussions with powerful speakers, covering crucial topics. As we dive into the key factors of Investing in the Energy Future, our speakers will answer the following questions: 

  • What will be the model for utilities of the future? 
  • How do energy and environmental policy impact business strategies?
  • How do you get technology out of the laboratory? 
  • What are the impacts and expectations of the recent drop in oil prices?

The 2015 Duke University Energy Conference will be taking place simultaneously with the  Duke University Energy in Emerging Markets Case Competition . The competition will address one of the most difficult questions facing the development community: how can we generate and deliver clean energy to base or middle of the pyramid end users in a cost-competitive way? The competition date is Tuesday, Nov. 10th. All are welcome to attend final round presentations.
