Advanced Energy -- having been hired by Duke Energy -- reviewed the physical interconnections of a number of solar farms in 2014 (round 1 review). The round 1 review revealed a number of perceived shortcomings such as incorrect inverter settings. Advanced Energy -- again, having been hired by Duke Energy -- recently performed another round of reviews on different facilities (round 2 review). The round 2 review again found a number of perceived shortcomings. View this document for a summary of the perceived shortcomings identified during the round 2 review. It is critical that you -- as industry participants become better educated on Advanced Energy's reviews and what they are finding.

Join us for a presentation by Advanced Energy on their report, "Summary of Findings from 2015 PV System AC Interconnection Assessments Conducted for Duke Energy". Advanced Energy will present from NCSEA's office on Friday, February 12th from 10 AM - 12 PM.
