As NCSEA’s Senior HR Generalist, Melissa Wilbur supports NCSEA’s core business function of human resources. She manages the full recruiting lifecycle of open positions spanning from recruitment/outreach planning to effective onboarding. She also helps support NCSEA through projects relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, professional development, and other HR areas.
Melissa is a Virginia transplant and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Christopher Newport University.
