NCSEA is focused on driving emissions reductions across our state’s three highest emitting sectors – electricity generation, transportation, and buildings. Our role in driving systemic change is spearheading innovative policy and market solutions formed in a bipartisan manner, intended to benefit all North Carolinians.
Our team works to drive policy and market changes in each of these sectors through education and engagement at the NC Utilities Commission, NC General Assembly, and with various state agencies.
